• Registration records are stored in access-restricted systems.
• Operational records are retained only as long as needed for workshop administration and legal accounting obligations.
• Mailing list subscriptions are managed separately and can be withdrawn anytime.

Tracking and cookies

• Essential technical cookies only for site operation.
• No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.

Opt-in and opt-out

• Mailing list subscription is explicit opt-in.
• Every mailing contains an unsubscribe link.
